About

Welcome to RagaMuffins Bakery! We are so named because my mama would call me a ragamuffin growing up as a pet name. It was charming, I promise.

I am Siobhán, owner and baker of RagaMuffins Bakery. I’m not going to lie. I definitely made this bakery for me. I wanted a place that I could go out and have a glass of wine, but also read my book. And surprisingly, in White Plains that doesn’t exist. It is one or the other. Have a glass of wine or have a well lit place to read a book. So, I’m making it. RagaMuffins (once I have a storefront - we’re online currently) will be a bakery with all the sweet treats you could want with local wine and beer. A place where introverts (like me) can go out, have their cake and eat it too!

RagaMuffins is an all natural bakery. We use recyclable materials in the kitchen and in our packaging. Fresh, local ingredients when possible can be tasted in our baked goods! We are trying to do our part to protect our customers and our earth!

Like I said before, I was called a ragamuffin by mama growing up, but RagaMuffins is a dual purpose name. The goal of RagaMuffins, while being an amazing bakery and an escape from real life, is to give back to the community. A portion of our profits go to women’s shelters and organizations that assist survivors of human trafficking. RagaMuffins wants to amplify the voice of the oppressed, of the people that are considered ragamuffins but are so much more.
